E7 is designed in a way that it can automatically perform its zero settings after every test done.

E7 owns fully electronic measurement, programmed to run with Windows program

Measurements of 45, 90 and 135 minutes are in compliance with international standarts.

E7 data-transfer line is connected via RS 232,

E7 is designed for the milling and baking industries to ensure optimum and uniform flour qualities.Reliable and consistent result in determination of flour quality and its characteristics.

E7 has one fermentation room with 4 cells. In order to keep temperature of the fermentation room at 30 ºC  the E7 is heated with electronic / electric heating element

Further more, each fermentation cell individually owns time-readings located onto cells.
